Mr. Geigerman provides consulting services in case development and strategies to interested plaintiff attorneys and their clients in special education, Section 504 and Section 1983 matters.

Mr. Geigerman provides expert witness services in the area of school safety in bullying and harassment cases for student's protected under Title IX, Title VI, Section 504 and the Individual's with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA) to both plaintiff and defendant school law firms.
